HOW TO ORDER
Order at the window: The Wells Fargo Pavilion Box Office is at 1419 H Street in Downtown Sacramento at the site of Music Circus. (The box office building also houses the Sacramento Theatre Company box office.) Single-show, Mini-Series and subscription tickets for Music Circus are available. At the window, you may purchase tickets by cash, credit, gift certificate or check (in most cases). Metered and unmetered parking are available within one block of the box office. Hours: The Wells Fargo Pavilion Box Office is open Mondays through Saturday from 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. The box office is closed on Sundays, except when a show is in production or on the Sunday immediately preceding an opening. On Sundays, the box office is open from 12 noon to 5 p.m. The same hours apply to phone calls. On Music Circus show nights, the box office will remain open until 8 p.m. For up-to-the-minute box office hours, please call (916) 557-1999.

Online: Single-show tickets for Music Circus presentations are available online through services provided by Tickets.com. To order tickets online through this website, click on the links above or by visiting www.Tickets.com. All ticket orders placed online including links through and from this website are commercial transactions with Tickets.com and will be subject to Tickets.com's policies including a per-ticket convenience fee. Questions regarding online purchases may be directed to customerservice@tickets.com.
Mail Order: Mail orders will be accepted the week prior to single tickets going on sale. An order form may be downloaded here. Orders received in advance of the mail order period will be processed randomly when the mail order period begins. Handling fees of $7 per order ($11 per subscription order) will apply. Availability of seat locations is not guaranteed with mail orders.
TICKETING POLICIES
HANDLING FEES
All phone and mail orders for Music Circus tickets will carry a $7 per order handling fee. Single tickets purchased in person at the Wells Fargo Pavilion Box Office window will not be charged a handling fee. (All subscription packages, regardless of place of purchase are charged a $11 handling fee.) All online ticket orders (which are administered and processed by Tickets.com) are subject to Tickets.com's per-ticket convenience fee. Tickets for all productions at the Wells Fargo Pavilion (Music Circus) are subject to a $7 per ticket facility fee. This fee is usually included in the published ticket prices, except where indicated.
CHILDREN
Children under four (including babes in arms) will not be admitted.
LATE SEATING POLICY
Late arriving audience members may be held out until the first appropriate seating opportunity. Late seating holds are in place for the convenience of the performers and audience members who are seated at show time. The length of seating holds vary by production and are set in consultation with production artistic staff.
REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
All tickets for Music Circus productions are non-refundable. Requests for ticket exchanges should be made at the point of origin. Please consult Tickets.com regarding their exchange policies. Tickets purchased at the Wells Fargo Pavilion Box Office may be exchanged for the same production only at least 48 hours before the earlier performance. A $2 fee will be charged for each ticket exchanged in addition to any ticket price upgrade. Unused tickets originally purchased through the Wells Fargo Pavilion Box Office can be donated back to the theatre at the Wells Fargo Pavilion Box Office at least 24 hours prior to show time as a tax-deductible membership contribution.
SERVICES FOR THE DEAF AND HEARING-IMPAIRED
Sign-interpreted performances are offered for most productions. This program, facilitated by a team of talented, caring and professional interpreters, sign the final Sunday performance of each production.
